 Nel 1996 questa campagna procurò qualche incidente. Non solo stradale ma a quanto pare anche diplomatico: l'headline sembrò urtare la sensibilità dei credenti (questo secondo il Cardinal Tonini) e pertanto si meritò la candidatura alla scomunica. All'epoca, uno dei maggiori clienti dell'agenzia eraC.E.I.: considerato che ero arrivata da sei mesi la cosa più facile sarebbe stata perdere me, anzichè il cliente. Nonostante i premi, non ho mai superato l'imbarazzo che provai quando l'amministratore delegato, il mitico e grande Paolo Ettorre, mi fulminò con lo sguardo e queste parole: "Per colpa tua, rischio di perdere un cliente da 500.000 milioni. Brava." . Dopodichè si chiusero le porte dell'ascensore. Mentre lui saliva io sprofondavo. In un inferno di vergogna.
